We had the chance to taste with Moritz at this farm in Germany, and we were totally blown away by the seriousness of all of his wines. Surprisingly, we were most impressed by his sparkling, champagne adjacent wines. Moritz worked alongside several great Champagne producers and it shows. These are serious, linear, textured, and meditative wine. Pair with a proper fish fry and grits and some Le Tigre on the radio.
