A surprise beauty of a Sauvignon Blanc grown on limestone and crafted by the gentle and kind and tall Florian Seehof. This is basically German Sancerre at half the cost of most Sancerre. Fun fact: when we visited Florian in the Spring to taste his recently bottled wines, he made us a thin crust pizza in his Ooni pizza oven. It was delicious. This guy is a fermentation savant!
