2023 Sebastien David "Hurluburlu" St. Nicolas de Bourgueil

A punchy, fresh  and nouveau styled Cabernet Franc with all the lovely notes we adore in the grape but not overly green or tannic, but rather woodsy, dark cherry and black fruit and a firm but juicy texture. Plop it in an ice bucket and enjoy it will something savory like grilled lamb or something rustic and simple such as rillettes spread on bread.
