The 2023 Rosanna Sandri "Baccara" is organically farmed Barbera d'Alba from low-yield vines in San Rocco Seno d'Elvio in the Barbaresco zone — fermented gently to preserve fruit brightness, aged in concrete, unfined, unfiltered, minimal sulfur at bottling.
