This isn't a poolside, beach rosé. It's contemplative, meditative, complex as ****. Pair this with a meal, something savory or umami driven. For some reason, it reminds us a lot of the epic picnics from Rioja producer Lopez de Heredia. This is half the price and not nearly as scarce (yet).
