Guy Breton, part of the pioneering wave of natural wine coming out of France circa the 1980's, is a Gamay Savant. Compared to the other members of the " Gang of Four" ( Thevenet, Foillard, Lapierre), Breton's could be the lightest and most " wild" of the bunch. Always a nice little accent of VA, bright red fruit, prickly vibes, and great acid. Haute buvabilité!
