A rosé by name. This is not the typical tedious rosé of Provence. This is saignée method, Austrian varietals of only free run juice from vines planted in 1962. Freshness and the fruitiness that would usually be expected only in white wines but with structure and tannins of red, this wine hovers between both. Nicole & Daniel Schrammel are the wife & husband team of this micro-winery project, based just outside Vienna, Austria.
