2021 Lauer Riesling Sekt

Oh, boy does this wine compete with some of the most elegant Champagnes on the market.

This is a Blanc de Blanc made with Riesling. It has all of the finesse of a great Cotes des Blancs from Champagne: transparent, delicate aromas of stone fruits, mint, and minerals. The bubbles are fun, fresh, and fine as an intricate needlepoint.

It's a no brainer, pair this with raw oysters, clams, and schnitzel! While you can immediately enjoy this now, Lauer's bubbles can age gracefully for decades.
