St. Aubin, a village in the Cote de Beaune, had been overlooked for years. Now that Burghounds are sniffing outside the box for Burgundy with good quality to price ratio, their noses and palates are leading them to St. Aubin for very good cause. A lovely wine from an excellent vintage. Black and red fruits, a dash of spice, and smooth as satin.
