Barolo di Serralunga is 80% from the Boscareto vineyard (some whole clusters) and 20% from the Lirano vineyard. Boscareto’s limestone soils (our latest obsession are wines grown in limestone) give depth and minerality, while Lirano’s sandy soils give an added airiness and elegance to the fruit. Elegance, power, clarity, freshness, it has it all. Delicious now and well suited to age. Pair with truffle risotto or low key vibes with our Torres truffle chips!
