Like a run-on sentence its hard to tell where it begins and ends. Cherry and oak and tobacco leaves and probably about 300 other flavors you’ll happily discover. 

“Graf” is the German word for Count, a title of nobility that has been in the name of the estate since its inception. Grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed, and gently pressed. They are fermented with indigenous yeasts, aged 2 years in neutral wooden casks, and bottled without fining or filtration. No sulfur is added.
