When recently tasting these wines we were impressed by Cascina Luisin’s style of Barbaresco, filled with finesse, elegance and charm. The wines undergo long macerations and slow aging in traditional large Slavonian Oak casks. In contrast to many producers, the wine from Luisin is only released to market when they believe the wine is ready, not by a particular schedule. The current release is 2017.
Filled with pretty red fruits, lifted and elegant - this is a must taste for any fans of Nebbiolo.
