2017 Larmandier Bernier Terre de Vertus

Larmandier, in our opinion, is making some of the most dynamic and singular Champagnes from the Cotes des Blancs. Larmandier brings in well matured grapes into the cellar fermenting and aging them in wood plus keeping the aging bottles under cork instead of crown cap. His wine are generous, textural, vinous, and complex. mOre of a dinner Champagne then one to start the festivities during aperitif hour. The 2017 is showing signs of development in the best possible way.
