2016 Closerie du Pelan Blanc

Owners of the legendary Château Le Puy for over 400 years, the Amoreaus have produced hauntingly pure wines from their biodynamic polyculture using a minimum of cellar interventions.

The Closerie du Pelan Blanc is 100% Sauvignon Blanc, vinified and aged in steel.

This 2016 is ripe but bright, with notes of preserved lemon and a hint of salt—a supremely delicious and unfussy white Bordeaux.
