Elisabetta Foradori is a kick ass woman from the Dolomites making wine from Teroldego with integrity. 

Anyone who enjoys a Cru Beaujolais or Syrah needs to give this wine some attention. Making her even more charming, she owns cows and makes her own cheese. As she says, pair this wine with whatever makes you feel good. We'll take her advice. 

For 800 years, the area was under Austrian domination and many cultural traits remain, including agricultural work.
