2020 Le Soula Trigone Rouge No. 20

We like to support the underdog from parts unknown and nothing better encapsulates this ethos than the wines of Le Soula. The project initially began in the late 1990's in the eastern Pyranees with a purchase of various high altitude parcels. Biodynamic certification came later along with the current owner, Wendy Wilson. This bottling is 100 percent Syrah and reminds us of the granitic, sublime Syrah's of the northern Rhone for about half the price!
