Proprietor Alexandre Gomes and his wife, Dialina are the current succession of a multigenerational estate nestled in-between orchards of walnuts and fruit. They have been practicing organics since the beginning but it’s under their leadership that they became certified in 2019.
This Vinho Verde should not be confused with the foofoo, Sprite*TM-like versions. This wine is unfiltered, ripping with acid, green fruits and an undertone of saltiness. Mouthwatering, addictive and low in alcohol, the only thing better than consuming multiple glasses is to enjoy them alongside fish tacos from Cholo Soy.
