NV Pepin Rouge

Another wine in the long line of “ chillable reds” but what makes this unique is 1) it is made with Pinot Noir From Alsace 2) Complex enough that you also shouldn’t chill it too much. A wine that can be as simple as you wish or find a little bit more there there on the palate.
