2022 Stein Spatburgunder "Waechter"

We tasted this with Ulli during one of this legendary tastings in the Moselle. It was after a long day, no notes were taken, but a lot of laughing and friendship to be had. This is a pretty layered, dark, juicy Pinot with a nice dash of spice and toast from the barrel aging.
