Bright and drinkable. 30-year-old vines planted on colored sandstone and shell limestone.
Enderle & Moll is a tiny estate located in Baden, Germany run by Sven Enderle and Florian Moll, who make some of the best Pinot Noir in all of Germany. Atypical vineyard and winery methods for a region where emphasis is placed on efficiency, ripeness, alcohol and oak.
Enderle & Moll farm all their vineyards organically and biodynamically, working with some of the oldest Pinot Noir vines in Baden. All work in the vineyard and cellar is done by hand and nothing is added to any of the wines.
