2020 Le Chevet Grorah

A nano negociant based in Burgundy. Grorah is a carbonic Syrah made in a very low-fi way and you feel it. Do not expect this to resemble traditional Northern Rhone Syrah's. This one is juicy, red fruited, prickly, and brimming with life. Chill it down and mess it up! Pair with a stink washed rind monastery cheese, a crunch baguette, and a green salad. Que c'est bon!
