Clotaire Michal, one of Beaujolais’s new generation of natural winemakers, formerly worked as a sommelier and apprenticed under the renowned Cornas producer, Thierry Allemand. 

100% Gamay from 60-year-old organic vines from pink granite soils. 30-day whole cluster fermentation, 24 months in used oak barrels. No sulfur. 

Vin de France from Beaujolais, this wine isn’t your typical Gamay — it might even shine brighter on day 2! Pair with the stinky creamy Burgundian delight, Époisses.
