The best values in Burgundy are always found on the fringes. Saint-Aubin has always been the hamlet surrounded by the greats - Puligny and Chassagne. At minimum a third the cost of its neighbors, Saint-Aubin offers red fruits, subtle tannins and considerable spice. This bottling represents all that is Saint-Aubin with even more value as it doesn’t satisfy the AOC.
