Originally an aspiring chemist, Oriol Artigas quickly realized a love for winemaking surpassed the desire to be in a laboratory. He makes non intervention wines in Spains smallest DO - Alella. The Sammay Blanc is a blend of equal parts of Xarel-lo, Macabeu and Parellada fermented on skins for 5 days. The result is funky, salty, aromatic and a bottle of fun.
