In the early 1990’s there was only 1 producer in Umbria making real wines, Giampiero Bea of Paolo Bea. Angelo Fongoli followed suit and began converting his family’s 4th generation estate over to Organics and Biodynamics starting in 2010, now certified in both.
Orange wine is great poolside for quaffing with friends but it also slaps snacking with Mortadella and pistachios.
