Favorita / Vermentino is a northern Italian varietal that Jean-yves sources as a negociant project, he couldn’t help himself, he loves the style and doesn’t grow in the Savoie. Saline notes, dynamite acidity, and fruit, fruit, and fruit are the main takeaways here, wonderfully aromatic and rounded to perfection, it's full of caramelized orange with a little citrus peach and floral honey blossom, with a long, and bone dry, finish.
