An elegant, pur Pinot Blanc from an exciting natural wine producer. Unfined, unfiltered to the extreme. A wine that will pour a bit cloudy. White it is a pure Pinot Blanc it absolutely has nice texture. A lovely pairing with bratwurst, mustard, and cabbage.
