2022 Mas Coutelou Class

A perennial favorite of ours from the idiosyncratic winemaker and grower Jeff Coutelou. Mourvèdre adds a little earthiness and the Syrah adds dark fruit and spice and the dash of Grenache softens the texture. Pair with a hand rolled cigarette and some aligator sausages.
