Cocchi Americano is an aromatized wine created in 1891 by Giulio Cocchi and since then produced without interruption according to the original recipe. Serve it chilled over ice cubes with a dash of soda to enhance the flavor with a simple twist of orange. Its an Americano Royale with the addition of a little sparkling wine, our choice Bisson Prosecco. Use on the bar as a mixer in a Vesper Martini or a White Negroni.
