Cellario is a master in just pure drinkability. There is some argument on whether or not Favorita and Vermentino are one and the same, go down the rabbit hole if you like. Regardless this is a zippy, fresh, energetic white layered with salty, sea breeze minerality.
Idyllic pairing with sea bass, shellfish or just as an apertivo.
