Graziano Prà is truly a one of a kind. A 'man of the earth', with humble roots, a warm smile, and a quiet precision, which shows in the quality and consistency of his wines. He has become one of the most important and visionary wine makers in all of Italy and the Prà winery one of the top producers in the Soave appellation.  

Graziano believes in natural viticulture and its positive effect on the wines and has farmed organically since the outset. His vineyards in Soave as well as in Morandina in Valpolicella are certified organic. All grapes are harvested by hand.

On the palate this wine shows a clear mineral freshness, with a strong flavor. Excellent as an aperitif accompanied by Parma ham and fresh cheeses, or with pasta dishes, risotto, and fresh vegetables.
